Another good one for
when you get home from the river. The tangy Key Lime
is very refreshing in the Florida heat.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Key Lime
juice (about 5 Key Limes)
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. whipped topping
9" Grahm cracker crumb crust
Beat together the Key Lime juice,
condensed milk and 1/2 of the whipped topping. Put
it in the grahm cracker crumb crust and put the rest
of the whipped topping on top.
Put it in the refrigerator to
chill.
Could it be any easier?
Never mind the "reduced fat" or "light" topping
- you don't want to be counting calories with this pie!
