Stone Bridge was a favorite photo spot in the original
Jungle Gardens, but when
the land lay vacant the bridge and lily ponds were lost
and forgotten in the overgrowth. They were unearthed during
the cleanup project and some of the lilies started to grow
again.
This photo was used on the cover
of the Indian River County Yellow Pages.

This
huge cypress stump, carted across the state by Sexton, was
at the entrance to the Jungle Gardens and then in front of
the McKee Botanical Gardens.
