Turkey Creek Sanctuary, continued

One of my favorite spots in the Sanctuary is what I call the Tree House - a deck on the boardwalk with a shady covering of trees and vines.

There are benches at the end of this deck, and you can sit and listen to the wind in the trees and the calling of the birds and squirrels.

Roots hang down from overhead.

On our way out of the Sanctuary we left the boardwalk and took to the dirt trails
